One Year Commitment

Welcome to SF RUSH FC. Please fill out all the information below. The club stands by providing great quality coaching by coaches who are fully committed to their team. We strive for youth skill development that will enhance your child's knowledge and understanding of the game, not just with physical skills, but with mental skills as well.

To register your child on an SF RUSH team, you must fill out the form below and immediately make the first payment. Your spot is not secure until payment is made. Our payment plan can be found here.

Registration is a two step process. This form is only to register with SF RUSH Soccer Club. You must also register your child with the San Francisco Youth Soccer League. After registering with SF RUSH, we will email you a team registration code to complete the second step.
